Account exchanges are processed from a couple of hours to 5 days (depending on the traffic source), not counting the day of purchase and weekends. Exchanges are possible in case of bans, problems, bugs and difficulties with the operational part of the account. Exchange is possible if a similar account is available.
Refunds are processed within 2-7 days after the application is submitted. If the account has been used, only the remaining balance minus the fee is returned. If the account has not been used, a full refund is provided. Refunds are made using the original payment method.
